Japanese Wedding in Sao Paulo & Rio | Erika & Alex

August 2, 2012

After our first contact a few months ago, Erika and Alex got me very excited about the opportunity of shooting a brazilian wedding. I have been traveling quite frequentely to São Paulo/Rio lately and I was really looking forward to capture more of those celebrations. They are great to cover because people are so much fun and locations can be quite breathtaking. Erika and Alex’s fairytale took place at the magnificent Fazenda Vila Rica in Itatiba near São Paulo. What a place!!! Colonial style, lush vegetation, and bright sunshine made the day. A bit later, we looked for inspiration from Rio’s famous landmarks (Sugar Loaf, Cristo, the renowned Copacabana Palace…) for our portrait session. Thrilling!!
