turning Destination Weddings into timeless memories
DOCUMENTARY WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE BAHAMAS
Some scents can carry you back years in a single breath. Salt air on a warm evening, or the coconut sunscreen from a childhood summer. You catch it by chance, and suddenly you’re standing somewhere you thought you’d forgotten. Memory works that way, and I want your wedding photographs to work the same way.
I’ve spent fourteen years photographing weddings by paying attention to what’s really happening. Your partner’s hand trembling as the vows begin. The breeze lifting your veil just as you turn to face the water. Your friends kicking off their shoes when the Junkanoo drums start. The sky over the Exumas fading from gold to violet behind you. One day, these images won’t only show you what your Bahamas wedding looked like. They’ll bring back the salt, the warmth and the feeling, all at once.

Your Nassau Bahamas Wedding Photographer
Nassau is made for wedding photographs. Turquoise water, pastel colonial streets and soft evening light give every frame a sense of place. As your Nassau wedding photographer, I capture all of it without turning your day into a photo shoot. Years from now, these images will be the keepsake you return to most.
Docu-Editorial Wedding Photography in Nassau
I call my style docu-editorial. Most of the day, I document what happens naturally, without interrupting. Then I set aside short, relaxed moments for portraits that feel like a magazine story. Before a Bahamas wedding, I study the venue, the sun’s path and the sunset time for your date. That way, we’re in the right place when the light turns gold. On New Providence, that might mean the stone arches of The Cloisters on Paradise Island. It could be the long sweep of Cable Beach, or the gardens of a resort like Baha Mar. Wherever you marry, I work closely with your planner and venue team so the day runs smoothly.

Bahamas Wedding Photography Trends for 2027
More couples now want wedding photos that feel real rather than posed. That’s how I’ve worked for fourteen years and more than 300 weddings. I let moments unfold, and I guide you gently only when it helps. After dark, I sometimes use direct flash for a bold, editorial look at the reception. In editing, I keep the island’s blues and greens true to life, never oversaturated. You can see the same approach in my Turks and Caicos wedding photography.
Planning Your Bahamas Wedding Photography
Plan to book your photographer about a year ahead, especially for the dry season from December to April. Dates in those months go quickly. If you want something different, consider an ocean session the day after the wedding. With no pressure, we can wade into the water, dress and all. Your wedding in the Bahamas deserves photos that bring the whole feeling back. That’s what I’m here to create.
